About Us

Double T Home Builders, LLC is a Texas limited liability company. It has been in operation since August 1998, building predominately in the Highland Lakes area. It is managed by two partners, Thomas Slavin, Jr. and Troy Delz.

Mr. Slavin began work in construction in 1977. In 1984, he became self employed, here in Texas, in a general construction business, specializing in foundations, remodeling and repairs, then framing exclusively, operating successfully until the start of Double T.

Mr. Delz started 20 years ago in the building industry working in his father's local painting company, as well as building several personal homes for living and speculation. Together they have 50+ years combined experience in the construction business and their individual expertise in differing areas only enhances their complete capability to produce a product of quality for their clients.

To date, they have built/remodeled over 130 custom and speculative homes, as well as several commercial buildings. Cost of construction starts at $80 per square foot living area.

Our financial institution is American Bank of Texas, N.A. in Marble Falls, and the person to contact there is Susan Turner Pierce, President at (830) 693-3676. If you desire any sub-contractor references, these too, can be provided. In addition, personal references on either or both partners can be obtained.
